"G.P.L.1" and can state from my personal knowledge of the
said Samuel Ebenezer Green that the statements contained
in the said Memorial are to the best of my knowledge
information and belief strictly true and correct and I
can further say that the said Samuel Ebenezer Green is of
good character and in every respect loyal to His Majesty
King George the Fifth his Heirs and Successors.
