STATUTORY DECLARATION
of
I, GEORGE PHILIP LAMMERT of No.18 Peak Road Victoria in
the Colony of Hongkong Auctioneer Surveyor and Stock and Share Broker and a Justice of the Peace for the Colony of Hongkong do solemnly sincerely and truly declare and say
as follows:-

Samuel Ebenezer Green.
I have been a Householder in the Colony of Hongkong
for the last 26 years and upwards.
2. I am an Auctioneer and Surveyor carrying on my said business under the style or firm name of G.P. Lammert at Duddell Street Victoria Hongkong and I am also a Stock and Share Broker carrying on business with Porfirio Maria Nolasco da Silva under the style or firm name of Worcester Lammert & Silva at No.6 Des Voeux Road Central Victoria
aforesaid.
3. I am a Natural born British Subject having been born at Hongkong on the 3rd day of December in the year
1862.
