With reference to Your Lordship's telegram
of the 19th and to my reply of the 28th August, 1919, I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's
pleasure the following Ordinmce intituled:-

An Ordinance to prohibit former Enamy Aliens from
being within the Colony without a permit.
No. 16 of 1919.
The report of the Attorney-General
enclosed explains the object in passing the Ordinance.
3.
I should be glad if I may be informed of any policy that may be decided upon in respect of any
particular class of enemy alien.
