disposal, premium at the rate of 12 cents per
square foot for the area coloured red.
(d). Crom rent for the area coloured red to be calculat-
-ed at the rate of $250.00 per acre per annum. The
Crom rent for the entire area to be adjusted to
the nearest even dollar md to commence from the
date mentioned in (c).
(e). The lessee to form the whole of the area coloured
red to such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve within 12 months of the date mentioned
in (c).
(f). The lessee to construct substantial retaining walls
where necessary to obviate landslips in the event of his cutting away the hill to level the site. (g). The lessee to pay the sun of 86.25 for each
boundary stone required to define the lot, also the cost of removing, refiring and cutting any existing boundary stones; the stones will be supplied and fixed by the Director of Public Works.
(h). The lessee to take up the Crow Lease when called
upon to do so by the Land Officer and to pay him
the sum of $30.00 for the same.
(j). The exact boundaries of the lot to be determined
before the issue of the Crom Lease. In the event of any excess or deficiency in area being found to exist as compared with the area stated in these conditions, the amount to be paid by or to be refunded to the leases in respect of such excess
or deficiency will be calculated at the rate of 12 cents per aquare foot. Crom rent will be ad- -justed at the rate of $250.00 per acre per annum. The area coloured red is at present steep hill-side and of no practical use to any one but the omer of Rural Building
