My Lord,
I have the honour to inform Your Lordship
that an application has recently been received for the sale without public auction of an area of 2,200 square feet as an extension to Rural Building Lot 114, situated in the Peak
District.
2.
The proposed extension is shown in red on the plm enclosed, and I have approved the application subject to the following terms and conditions:-
(a). The lessee to surrender the existing Crom Lease of Rural Building Lot 114 when called upon to do so by
the Land Officer.
(b). The lessee to be granted a new Crown Lease for Rural
Building Lot 114 to include the extension previous- -ly granted edged blue and the area coloured red on attached plan, the new lease to be for the same term and to commence from the same date as the existing lease of Rural Building Lot 114, namely 75 years,
renewable commencing from 2nd. June, 1903, and to be
subject to all the clauses and covenants contained
in the old Crom Lease together with the following. (c). The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury, within
seven days of the date of a letter from the Director
of Public Works stating that the area is at his
