indicated above. With the exception however, that if a Mining Engineer appointed by the Government visits the properties and make an estimate in excess of that claimed herein, that we should be entitled to compensation based upon the Mining Engineer's estimate.
Our claim therefore is for an amount of 104.5
piculs per month for the period from June 1st to December 15th, 1919, amounting in all to 679.25 piculs, which is equivalent to 40.431 tons of Tungsten Ore containing 65% WOz. At the rate of compensation which the Government indicates its willingness to pay,
