Referring to 0.0.letter 44202 of the 18th August 1919 regarding the payment of the pension of Mr N.G.Mitchell-Innes,late Treasurer Hong Kong, I enclose a copy of a letter from Mr Mitchell-Innes stating that the date of his departure from Asia was the 10th February 1921. We therefore propose to pay his pension at the privilege rate from the 11th February 1921.

It appears that Mr Mitchell-Innes receives a pension from Home

office funds,

Can you let us know what this amounts to as it

may affect the rate of increase on his Hong Kong pension?
