I have the honour to submit for the
signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following
Ordinance intituled:-
An Ordinance to provide for the Incorporation of
the Missions to Seamen in Hongkong. No. 10 of
1919.

The Report of the Attorney-General enclos-
-ed explains the object in passing the Ordinance.
3.
I forward a certificate under my hand as
required by Article XXVII of the Royal Instructions dated the
14th. February, 1917.
