existing leases, viz., 999 years, commencing

from the 1st. January, 1894, and to be subject

to all the clauses and covenant in the old

Crow Leases.

(b). Lessees to form the whole of the area granted

either through an extension or through a re- -adjustment of such lot together with portion of surrounding roads defined on plan to be supplied, to such levels as the Director of Public Works may direct.

(i). The Lessess either for an extended or re-

-adjusted lot to pay into the Colonial Treasury on demand the sun of 83.00 for each new boundary stone require to define the lot and will also have to pay the cost of main- -taining and refixing any existing stone. (j). The exact bound:ries of lots to be determined

immediately prior to the issue of the Crow Lease and premium and Crown Rent to be then adjusted in accordance with the area and rates at which the extension or additional area on re-adjustment of lot has been granted. (k). All re-adjusted or extended lots to be treat-

-ed as land acquired prior to the passing of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance,
