The lessee, within 12 months from the date of
the lease to form the whole area of the lot
to such levels as the Director of Public Works
may approve and to his satisfaction.
The lessee to expend a sum of not less than
$10,000 on buildings within 24 months of the
date of the lease.
The lessee to defray the cost of connecting
any drains from the lot to the Public Sewer,
the work to be carried out by the Public Works
Department. Any sum certified by the Director
of Public Works as due to be paid within 7
days of the date of a certificate signed by the
Director of Public Works.
The lessee to pay, on demand, the sum of
$25.00 for boundary stones which will be
supplied and fixed by the Director of Public
Works.
The lessee to pay, on demand, to the Land
Officer the sum of £30.00 for the Crow Lease
which will be issued when the foregoing
conditions have been complied with.
In the event of the land being resumed by
Government compensation will be paid for
buildings only and not for the land.
