Hamilton v. The China Mail & others. 0.J. Actions 132, 133 and 154 of 1918.
In reply to the letter of your Mr.Bowley to our
Mr.Looker of the 31st October last, we are instructed to
inform you that upon publication of the letter enclosed
in Mr.Bowley's letter in the daily issues of the Daily
Press and China Mail and in the Hong Kong weekly press
and the overseas edition of the China Mail, the three
actions will be withdrawn on the terms of each si de
paying its own costs, As soon as we see the letter has
been published as above, we will do what is necessary
to with draw the actions,
