Your telegram 26th March owing to ?demolition of houses opportunity has arisen to resume most i msanitary in centre Victoria. Unless land resumed it will be built over immediately upon unsatisfactory alignments. Should be glad if you will approve expenditure up to 300,000 dollars on resumption. After adjustment of boundaries remainder of land will be resold on 75 years crown leases renewable.
