I have much pleasure in stating that Mr. Wei Wing Lok enterad
this University as a Matriculated student in September 1912. Since
then he has taken with success the four years' course in Electrical
Engineering as outlined in the Calendar of the University (see
pages 55 75).
In June 1916 he was recommended by the Examiners of the Board
of Faculty of Engineering for the Degree of B. Sc. (Eng).
