This is to certify that Mr. RoBERT MINTO JAMESON has been for the past two years Principal Master of the Anglo-Chinese School in Hong Kong, and it affords me, as President of the Committee, very great satisfaction in testifying to his general capabilities and excellent acquire- ments, his bearing towards the scholars being at all times genial and kind, but never at any time forgetting his position as their tutor and director.
I regret most sincerely that circumstances will not admit of retaining his valuable and efficient services any longer than the period for which he engaged.
Mr. JAMESON carries with him the best wishes of the Committee, and the combined esteem of every one of the scholars with whom he has been associated during his stay in Hong Kong.
