In reply to your letter of the 26th instant I am directed by the Committee on Fresh issues of Capital to refer to the final paragra h in which you say that shares are in the course of delivery. 1 am to point out that Treasury consent should be obtained for all issues of shares whether for cash or otherwise and to request you to furnish the following furtner particulars:-
1. The amount of capital it is desired to issue at the present time for a consideration other than cash.
2. For what consideration are the snaros being issued which are not being issued for cash.
3. The names of the persona to whom these shares will be issued.
4. Please furnisn your reply in duplicata.
