With reference to your letter (No.21350/1918) of
23s the 13th May enclosing a copy of a despatch from the
Governor of Hong Kong regarding the trade marks of lessrs. Arnhold Karberg and Company, I am directed by the Board of Trade to state that they concur in the instruction which Mr. Long proposes to send to Sir H.Hay as set out in the second paragraph of your letter. The Board have no information as to whether Hessrs. Arnhold have taken any steps to bring the matter of these trade marks before the Court.
