I am directed by the Board of Trade to transit to you herewith copy of correspondence which has passed between lir. R. C. Thomson (who is supervising the winding-up of the affairs of Messrs. F. Rosenstern and Company on behalf of creditors) and this Department relative to the proposed release to the Hamburgische Sud-see Aktiengesellschaft for shipment to Maron, of 30 bales of copra sacks in store at Hong Kong.
