The Colonial Secretary, Straits Settlements, presents

is compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and in reply to the enquiry made in the 3rd person note dated

the 30th October, 1918, begs to state that it would be conven- ient if three copies of prints relative to the opium trade

could continue to be supplied to this Colony.

One copy is required to be kept at Government House,

one for record in this Office, and the third for the use of

the government Monopolies Department and the Chinese Protector-

ate.
