I am directed by the Minister of Blockade
to transmit to you herewith a copy of a correspon-
dence with the Admiralty, as to the control of goods
exported from the Far East to Switzerland.
2. I am to express the hope that instructions
may be sent to the Government of Hongkong to take
such steps as may be possible to secure that, in the
case of such goods shipped from, or transhipped
at, Hongkong, the necessary formalities are observed.
