The Fongkong Comm, are receiving pamphlets in English that are of ittle value and in addition the number sent is rrach in excess of the jet il requirements.
It is agreed therefore, that the Hongkong Cour, will write to Londo requesting that no further supplies be sent.
The Shanghai Corm, will send specimen copies of new pamphlets to Hongkong and arrange for the supply of such copies as may be asked for, To charge to be made to Hongkong for them.
The Shanghai Comm. to send sampled copies of all Chinese Pamphlet lat it may issue to Hongkong and supply such further copies as may
