I have the honour to forward herewith a copy of Report from the Shanghai War information Committee for
the month of February last.
The Report calles for no comment on any part wit exception of paragrapha numbered 1 and 4 respectivel... From my telegram No.407 of May 8th, you will have that I have modified the proposal to a certain ext have suggested that instead of Shanghai being ov London with an extra 75,000 copies of the Pictori Pao ( those sent to Hongkong under existing arra teing cancelled), the number should be limite
