With reference to your letter 3.1.6094/18 of the 13th. instant, I am directed by Lord Robert Cecil to transmit to you a copy of a telegram to 18 kajesty's Ambassador at "ashington relative to the question of the requisitioned vessels belonging to Dutch Companies participating in the shipping agreement with the Indian Government. A copy of the memorandum to the Netherlands Minister, referred to in the telegram, is also enclosed in full.
