the Admiralty to forward herewith, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, an extract
from a letter which has been received from the Commodore
Hong Kong, dated 3rd April 1918, relative to difficulties of communicating with the Colonial Government on matters
The matter
of importance on Sundays and holidays. referred to in this extract related to the guarding
of the crews from the Russian Ships which had been requisitioned by the British Government.
