Replying to your request of the 12th October,
our opinion is that the steamers remaining on the China Qoast under the Liner Requisition Scheme are still necessary to fill
requirements already recognised.
If vessela are required for specific urgent needs
we recommend that the requirements should be specified and dealt with as in the past, our views remaining as expressed
in our latter of the 16th August.
