I have the honour to recommend the grant
to Mr. A. H. Hollingsworth, Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, of a bonus at the rate of 8100 a month for over- -time work recently performed by him during a period of nine weeks.

Mr. Hollingsworth is in charge of the Water Works Branch of the Department, and he has Ir. F. A.
Biden, Executive Engineer, to assist him. Er. Biden has been
absent on sick-leave, and during his baence Mr. Hollingsworth has carried on the work of the branch single-handed,
