commence the necessary work in connection with the

diversion of such road or stream within two months

of the date mentioned in (a) and to continue such

work until completion.

(g).

The Farm Lot lease to be surrendered to Government

when required by the Land Officer.

New leases, for which the usual fees will have to be

paid to the Land Officer, to be taken out for the

lote A, B & C as soon as the foregoing conditions

have been complied with.

(4). The lots to be treated as having been obtained from

the Crown efter 21st. February, 1903, (date of

passing of the Public Health & Buildings Ordinance).

The lessee to pay into the Colonial Treasury upon

demand the sum of $6,25 for each boundary stone that

may be required to clearly define the lots on the

ground. Such stones will be supplied and fixed by

the Director of Public Works.

The exact boundaries of the lots to be determined

before the issue of the Crown leases and premium and

Crown rent to be then adjusted in accordance with

the area and rates at which the lots were converted.

Any buildings erected on the area marked B must not

exceed 28 feet in height above the level of Wong-

-neichong Road where it passes the lot in question

and must be subject to the special approval of the

Director of Public Works as regards their design,

In the event of its becoming competent for the

Government to do so, the Government shall grant

to the lessee of lot A the small triangular area

(coloured red) at the same rates of premium and
