Crown rent to be at the rate of $120 per acre per

annum, commencing, in the case of each lot, from

the date of notification by the Director of Public

Works that such lot is at the disposal of the

legcee. The existing Crown rent to continue to be

payable up to the date of such notification and the

new Crown rent to be payable from and after such

date. The new Crown rents of the lots will be as

follows:-

A = $38 per annum.

B = $54 per annum.

Ce per annum.

A sum of not less than $8,000 to be expended on

buildings on the lots, or on either of them, within

24 months of the date mentioned in (a).

Within 18 months of the date mentioned in (a), any

hollows in any of the lots to be filled in by the

lessee to auch levels as the Director of Public

Works may approve and so as to prevent the accumu-

-lation of water on such lota. In the event of the

lessee cutting away the hill along the north-

-eastern boundary of lot C, he must, at his own

expense, carry out such works as the Director of

Public Works may require for the support of the

public road adjoining such boundary and defray the

cost of any fencing which the Director of Public

Works may consider necessary.

No interference to be caused with any existing road

or stream until the necessary diversions have been

carried out by the Government. The Government to
