Gentlemen,
With reference to the letter of the Clonial Secretary dated 13th. March, 1918, I am directed by the Governor to inform you that your vessel.......................................... is requisitioned and will be brought under the Hongkong Requisition Scheme from the date of the first complete dis- -charge of the vessel nearest the 15th. April, 1918, or, in the event of the operation of leading and discharging over- -lapping, on a date to be agreed en as the date of such discharge.
In connection with the requisition of your vessel a supply of Forms B is herewith for the purpose of intimating the actual date on which the requisition takes effect.
I am to request that you will forward one of these forms for each vessel at your early convenience.
I am to request that you will kindly
forward to me, as Secretary af to the Shipping Control Committee, the valuation of your vessel for Var Risk Insurance
purposes and also the vessels commitments.
