With regard to a lease for Planation Road Station,

as extended and improved, subject to the approval of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Government will undertake to issue a lease, from year to year,

for so long as it does not exercise its powers of purchase under Section 12 (1) of the Peak Tramway Ordinance, 1883, The Crown rent for the new Station (pink and green areas combined) to be $6 per annum.

Permits will be granted, free of cost, for the erection and maintenance by your Company of temporary stations

above Kennedy Road and below Plantation Road, during

from the alteration of the tramway line will be treated

as part of "the works" or "the undertaking" authorised

to be executed under the Peak Tramway Ordinance, 1883.
