Referring to your Despatch No. 12 of the
9th January, I have the honour to report that Kr. J. W. Wilson joined the Hongkong Volunteer Reserve on the 3rd. August, 1914, with the rank of private, and he was permitted to resign on the 12th. June, 1915, on medical grounds.
I attach a copy of a certificate by the
Medical Officer of the Volunteer Reserve.
