With reference to your letter of the 14th. June last I am instructed to inform you that the follow -ing are the decisions of the Government with reference to certain amendments you suggest to the varicus clauses in the Draft Bill as set forth in your letter under reply and as set out in the Draft Bill enclosed there.ith.
