Hongkong South Development Scheme.
In our letter to you of the 1st. November last C.S.0. 1988/13) we informed you that the preliminary survey had been completed by Messrs. Denison, Ram & Gibbs, the Consulting Engineers, and forwarded to England.
A revised survey was returned by last mail and we now beg to submit it for approval.
We should be glad to discuss details with the Hon. Director of Public Works if desired.
