With reference to my Confidential Des-
-patch of the 29ta. September, 1915, I have the honour to
5 forward here with a copy of a letter from Mr. Justice Gompertz
asking for a nomination to the Civil Service for his son Harry Christopher Travers Gompertz, and to ask for your favourable consideration of the same.
