for Asst. Auditors and send on amended draft to
Mr. Brayn on this point as suggested. Add as
to free passages that he is not entitled but that
the Gov. is being asked if any concession can
be made.
And sand Gov. copy of our amended letter
and ask accordingly, pointing out as at A. in Mr.
Stephenson's minute.
The draft to Mr. Brayn should contain an offer
to advance the cost of passages, the advance:
being recoverable in the: Colony.
