other asset. They are however inseparably connected with the
goodwill and cannot be assigned to or apportioned among persons
who are not entitled to the business concerned in the goods for
which they are registered and they determine with that goodwill.
If on a dissolution all the partners are equally entitled to the
goodwill they cannot all even by mutual consent have a Trade
Mark registered in their own several names.
