In further reference to the letter from the
Department of January the 4th, 1916, the Nursing
Committee have pleasure in recommending Liss I.Bagley
to the Secretary of State, as a suitable candidate for
the last of the present vacancies at the Covernment
Civil Hospital, Hong Kong.
I beg to enclose Kiss Bagley's application
form and papers herewith, and to say that she will be
prepared to leave England when required.
