Packages containing safety enrtridges to be charged per 25 lbs. weight, 6 cents a month or fraction of a month. Packages of detona- tors 9 cents for 25 lbs. weight.
The weight of the various packages will be determined at the time of storing, and no alteration will be allowed after they have been received into the magazine.
The Government will not be responsible for damage by explosion, or by insufficient or improper packing; and, as woodent packages are liable to the attacks of white ants, they should be tin-lined, and the lining should be intact.
