licence in Hong Kong to Iver Gourgey a Turkish subject, I am

Secretary Long that this man has been granted a certificate of exemption under Article 25 B (1) of the Aliens Restriction Order from the restrictions of the Order relating to alien enemies,
I am to regret that by an error in the Home Office note of the 1st May last this man's nationality was given as German.
