The Under secretary of „tate for

Foreign affairs presents his compliments to the

Decretary to the board of rude, and is directed

by r. secretary palfour to transit to him the

accompanying copy of correspondence, with the

London Chamber of Commerce on the subject of

cargo ex the German 8.8. "bayern" at haples, which

has been requisitioned by the Italian Government,

and in re. ect of which payment to the fims

mentioned has now been approved by that Govern-

ment subject to the condition mentioned.
