6. Foreign telegrams in European script require to have the sender's name indicated at the end of the
text of the same.
7. The sender or receiver of mail matter and postal money orders or of telegrams shall upon the demand of a post office or telegraph office give proof
of his nationality, residence and names.
8. The expression "enemy countries" in the Ordinance includes those to be regarded as enemy
countries.
The names of enemy countries and of those
to be regarded as enemy countries shall be notified
separately.
