October last, I have the honour to transmit herewith
copy of a latter which His Majesty's Consul General
has received from the Colonial Secretary, Hongkong, in
regard to the stores, amongst which were contained guns
and cartridges for Mr. Spilman, consigned to the
American Presbyterian Mission,of this town.
