With reference to our letter of the 25th
August 1917, I have the honour to inform you that the
Regimental Paymaster, Winchester, has notified us that
No.15469 Rifleman E.Bloor, K.R.R., previously reported
as "missing" is now a prisoner of war in Germany.
This of course, will not, we presume, affect Rifleman
Bloor's Colonial allowance which is at present paid
to his wife.
Mer Secretary of State,
Colonial Office.
I have the honour to be,
Sir,
Your obedient Servant,
for Crown Agents.
