has applied for a Certificate of Naturalization, alleging with respect to himself the particulars set out below, and has satisfied no that the conditions laid down in the above-mentioned Act for the grant of a Certificate of Naturalization are fulfilled in his case:

has also applied for the inclusion, in accordance with sub-section (1) of section live of the said Act, of the name is of his child born before the date of this Certificate and beingjinimo, and I am satisfied that the mmer of his children, 125 hereinafter set out, ily properly be included :
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by the said Act. I grant to the said MACKERTICH CYRIL OWEN
this Certificate of Naturalization, and declare that upon taking the Oath of Allegiance within the time and in the manner required by the regulations made in that behalf he shall, subject to the provisions of the said, Act, be entitled to all political and other rights, powers, and privileges and be subject to all obligations, duties, and liabilities to which a natural-born British subject is entitled or subject, and have to all intents and purposes the status of a natural-born British subject.
