I have the honour to request that the decision re insurance and travelling expenses that I put in for last August may be re-considered, as having trevelled at great personal danger, and, ca the Japanese boet the one just before the Kirano Maru torpedoed, folt it was absolutely necessary to insure my luggage, although I have never done so bofore on my other nino (9) voyages. Travelling for the Govoriment with insurance cost me Just on two (2) months pay, which is a very corious consideration

I was told by the Crown Agents that the train fare would be sent to me I therefore roquest as an act of grace
