The Wardmasters salaries will be at the
rate of 8300-8600 by 860 annually. At Kennedy Town and at the Lunatic Asylum they are provided with free quarters. But at the Civil Hospital quarters are not at present available for them, and until quarters can be provided I propose to give Chinese Wardmasters at the Civil Hospital an allowance of 860 each per annum.
