should also supervise the other two works specified above, and that he should while so employed continue to draw the special allowance of £240 a year. The allowance would not be drawn while on leave.

Mr. Henderson has given great satisfaction as Senior Assistant Engineer at Tytom Tuk and I recommend that he should be placed on the permanent staff from the 1st ilovember on the maximum selery of a First Grade Assistant Engineer, namely £450 and £50 duty pay and rank for seniority as junior to Messrs. Goldsmith, White and Duncon.
