NOTE (2) The previous orders made under the above Ordinance which relate to the exportation of military stores were published in the Gazettes of the 18th and 25th August, 22nd and 29th Septem her, 27th October, 17th November, and 15th December, 1916, and 19th January, 2nd and 30th March. 27th April, 11th and 25th May, 8th June, and 13th July, 1917.
Nore (3)-Rule 37, published in the Gazette of the 8th December, 1916. prohibits the exportation of silver dollars and silver bullion, and Rule 38, published in the Gazette of the 4th May, 191, prohibits the exportation of Chinese cash except to China.
NOTE (There are special restrictions on exportation to the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. NOTE (6) The exportation of the goods mentioned in the above Schedule is prohibited as follows:
(1) Goods marked (4), to all destinations;
(2) Goods marked (#), to all ports and destinations abroad other than ports and destina-
tions in the United Kingdom and British Possessions and Protectorates;
(3) Goods marked (c), to all destinations in foreign countries in Europe and on the Mediterranean and Black Seas, other than France and French Possessions, Russia. Italy and Italian Possessions, Spain and Portugal, and to all ports in any stack foreign countries, and to all Russian Baltic ports;
(4) Goods marked (D), to all ports and destinations other than ports and destinations in the United Kingdom, British Possessions and Protectorates, France and French Posses sione, Russia, and Italy and Italian Possessions, and to all Russian Baltic ports:
(5) Goods marked (3), to all ports and destinations other than ports and destinations in
the United Kingdom.
NOTE (G)Application may be made to the Superintendent of Imports and Exports for information us to the conditions on which special licences will be granted for the exportation of prohibited articles.
