Shipyard has no steel (c) if timber procurable vessele size wanted can be built (d) each yard can build six vessels by the end of 1918 if arranged for transport of timber for (them) and if steel for boilers can be supplied (e) both yards can build internal com- bustion engines if designs supplied and in case of shipyard materials for same. Dock Company have material can manufacture steam turbines if designs supplied.
