gentlener has been given power to close thic agreement by
Manager at Balik Papan of said Company)
holding the mining rights for the grounds situated in the
division (s) Kostel and the North East Coast of Borneo,
region(a) Koetei, Samballong, Scenceng Tabosr and Boeloengan
on the other side
Declare to have made an agreement as follows:-
