With reference to your telegram 7th June see Grdinance eleven 1917 section eighteen it is doubtful whether Custodian can assign to Dunlop even with Hong Kong goodwill of Meyerink as trade marks indicate to the public a connection with both firms. Exact relations of Dunlop and keyerink unknown here. Doubt whether desirable to deal with Meyerinks rights in this way. Question of considera-
